2007 Pontiac Solstice Convertible

The solstice is defined as either of the two times in the year, the summer solstice and the winter solstice, when the sun reaches its highest or lowest point in the sky at noon, marked by the longest and shortest days.  It has been linked to spiritual happenings, and the construction of Stonehenge as an example.  Also, the alignment of some of the passageways in the pyramids is thought to correspond with this event.

For consignment, a 2 owner car that could have spiritual undertones in the form of its amazing 5,440 low title verified original miles.  This car could be considered brand new and shows as such.  Plenty of extra added on options at the time of purchase, we have a really nice package, well aligned if you will!  It's 12 O'clock somewhere!

Exterior
With its voluptuously shaped exterior lines, no seams, and all aerodynamic panels, you can fly down the road and not even hear the wind, it cuts through like a knife.  Bathed in aggressive Deep paint job, dark blue to the layman, te panels that have no dents or dings.  Chrome trim and badging is like new.  Elongated covered teardrop headlights grace either front quarter and a bulbous front end has a honeycombed chromed split curved grille.  On either side of this grille are fog lights, nice and round.  A nice dual bumped rear cowl conforms to the bucket seats and are topped with a brushed aluminum trim band.  These die into the trunk lid.   Looking all around we are reminded there is not one straight line on the design of this car.  A black cloth convertible top can be easily put up and down manually and sports a glass rear window.  Tinted glass is noted and 18-inch chrome 5 spoke wheels with like new rubber from the 45th week of 2020 complete the exterior package.   Here comes the sun!

Interior
Dark gray broadcloth gabby white stitched bolsters with some light gray background with darker small square pattern in it make up the inserts.  These buckets are as shapely as the exterior and harken you to come aboard and get moving.  Plenty of convenience options have been added, not the least of which is a leather wrapped steering wheel with cruise controls.  All fronting a “not a straight line in it” dash.  Sounding off is an AM/FM/CD stereo  that pumps sound through the 7 Monsoon speakers, enveloping you in a cocoon of audiophile heaven.  Even the top has an acoustic headliner for extra listening pleasure.  Power windows, power locks, power outside mirrors, and a keyless fob entry button are included.  All this and more is in pristine low mile condition.

Drivetrain
An Ecotec 2.4 liter DOHC 4-cylinder with electronic fuel injection is backed by a 5-speed 5L40-E automatic transmission.  A 3.90 rear axle is in.  I can feel my adrenaline level “rising”.

Undercarriage
All clean and mean under here, all perfect alignment, with a rear wheel drive, 4-wheel independent SLA suspension, monotube shocks, and an original stainless steel exhaust system.  

Drive-Ability
The car runs and drives like new.  All surfaces are pretty much factory and all functions are working like the sun is shining.  Lovely ride cutting curves with curves is one of my favorite things to do.

Not unlike you stepping into a new car, this low, low mileage car has been pampered like a favorite toy.  All mechanicals are excellent, exterior paint and chrome pristine, nice top which goes up and down, and plenty of conveniences.  Let the sun shine in.  You need this Solstice.  The shortest day of the year is right around the corner.
