1955 Ford Fairlane Sedan

1955 Ford Fairlane Sedan

To compete with the ever-surging sales of the GM Tri Five invasion, Ford came up with a similar body style with the Fairlane. Borrowing styling cues from various other models, Ford was caught on their heels with the introduction of the first of the Tri Fives.

For consignment is a unit that is in need of a total restoration. Surface and other rust is seen underneath, and throughout the bottom of the body panels. Interior materials are in need of a redo, and some parts are missing (door cranks and some knobs). Windows are non-workable either due to crank missing, or mechanical failure.

Consigner states that to start this car, the owner needs starting fluid at all times. Engine may be original but cannot be confirmed.

For the ambitious individual who wants a project, this is a unit that can be restored, but will take lots of TLC.
