2013 Volvo XC60

The word Volvo closely resembles the Spanish word that means 'I roll,' symbolizing Volvo's desire to make transportation easier. The company's logo, a circle with an arrow pointing out, is an ancient chemical symbol for iron. Indeed, against popular belief, it is not a symbol for the male. This change happened in 1970 and has remained the logo ever since.

For consignment, a 2013 version of the Volvo XC60 SUV. All in good condition, some meticulous maintenance, a respray of exterior paint, and a luggage rack/carrier for those big off-road multiple day excursions.

Exterior
Bathed on black with some nice stainless-steel shiny trimmings particularly on the rockers and bottom end of this car it presents nicely. No rust, just black paint with the accenting. I would best describe paint as a sub par quality, although it remains shiny, but a closer look will sum it up for you. Tinted glass, a HD roof rack over the sunroof, (the sunroof is taped shut due to buffeting from the rack), and straight thick Swedish steel make up this SUV. Volvo badged alloy CX wheels are on all 4 corners

Interior
Black leather abounds inside bling with a peppering of cream accenting also in leather. This is seen on the door panels, seat, front buckets and rear bench plus a cargo area. A center console races past the buckets and ascends into the central dash. Here we note the shifter, a plethora of buttons for the climate controls and radio/CD and some temp knobs. Above is a screen for the navigation and backup cams as well as the sound system displays. Gray carpeting floods the floors and tan Weathertech mats are on all surfaces for extra protection.

Drivetrain
Under the hood, shoehorned into the front is a 3.0 Liter inline 6-cylinder turbo mill. This is equipped with EFI, and has a 6-speed AWTF-80SC automatic transmission. All clean on the bow front with the engine bay.

Undercarriage
Independent front suspension, and independent with coil springs for the back along with 4-wheel power disc brakes are seen underneath. New tires (2019) and new brakes are now on. Rust free surfaces are seen and all is structurally sound.

Drive-Ability
A quick starter, and all functions tested well on the track. All buttoned up on the mechanical front.

A nicely appointed almost luxurious leather interior, and a well-maintained engine and drivetrain, you will be ready to grab your groover, and head for the hills, over hill and dale to your desired campsite.
